Something not working in Ownfy, or have an idea to make it better? Write to hello@ownfy.app.

If it's a bug, it helps a lot to tell us what you were doing when it happened, your iPhone model and your iOS version (Settings → General → About).

Inside the app, Settings → Help has a guide to how Ownfy works.

Delete your account

Tap Settings (the gear icon at the top), then your account at the very top (it shows your name, your email or “Your Apple Account”), then Delete account. The app shows you what will be deleted, and deletes it when you tap “Permanently delete account”. It can't be recovered afterwards. If you signed out, sign in again with Apple and follow these steps.

When you delete your account, everything you've saved in Ownfy is erased from your iPhone and, if iCloud is available, from iCloud too. If iCloud isn't available or stops responding, the app tells you on screen what's being deleted on your iPhone and what may stay in iCloud, and lets you try again.

Deleting your account doesn't revoke Ownfy's access to your Apple Account. To revoke it, go to your iPhone's Settings, outside the app: how to do it, in Apple's help.
